Condenser or radiator fans are made up of an electric motor with flange-mounted fan wheel. They are mounted in front of or behind the condenser or radiator. Due to the air flow produced,they withdraw heat from the refrigerant or coolant. In vehicles with air conditioning systems, an additional or more powerful fan is often used.
